LIABILITY WAIVER
I understand the inherent risk in the physical activity used on THE BODY LAB platform and I release ACE Dance Theatre Inc, The Body Lab and it's instructors from liability in the event of accident or injury. 

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
After the trial period, you will be charged for your membership. Cancel in your account settings anytime before the 7th day of your trial and you will not be charged. Thereafter, your subscription will automatically renew (each month or every 6-months depending on your membership type) until cancelled. You can cancel your membership at anytime, however, any fees that have already been charged are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

COMMUNICATIONS
By becoming a member, you consent to receive electronic communications from The Body Lab. These emails will include newsletters, promotions, program updates, product updates and activity on your account such as transactions, passwords, and other information related to your account.
